Trade Sales
The following terms apply to customers purchasing products, equipment or training wholly or mainly for professional or business purposes.
Certain products sold by Just Peachy PMU are intended exclusively for professional use and may require evidence of relevant qualifications, insurance or professional status before purchase.
Trade customers are responsible for ensuring that they are appropriately trained, insured and authorised to use professional products and equipment. All products must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, relevant safety guidance and applicable legal requirements.
Just Peachy PMU reserves the right to refuse the supply of restricted professional products where the purchaser cannot demonstrate the necessary suitability or qualifications.
Where a customer is purchasing in the course of business, separate business-to-business terms may apply where expressly agreed.
Nothing in these terms removes protections that apply where a purchaser legally qualifies as a consumer, or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Consumer Sales
The following terms apply to customers purchasing products for personal use.
All products are sold on the understanding that they will be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions, warnings and safety information provided.
We endeavour to ensure that all product descriptions, ingredients, prices and images are accurate. However, minor differences in product appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings or manufacturing variation.
Customers should review product information carefully before purchasing, particularly where allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions may be relevant.
All goods supplied to consumers must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose where applicable and as described, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Shopping With Just Peachy PMU
Products can be purchased through our website or directly from the clinic where available.
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products at the advertised price, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Once an order has been submitted, an acknowledgement may be sent to the email address provided. This acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance.
We reserve the right to decline an order for legitimate reasons, including stock unavailability, payment issues or an obvious pricing error identified before acceptance.
Where we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund or agreed alternative.
Payment
All payments are processed through our authorised payment providers using appropriate security arrangements.
Payment must be received in accordance with the terms disclosed at checkout, booking or enrolment.
For treatment bookings, any deposit paid will be deducted from the final treatment balance.
For training courses, payment schedules, deposit amounts and balance deadlines will be confirmed before enrolment.
Where instalment arrangements or third-party finance are available, separate terms and eligibility requirements may apply. Customers are responsible for reviewing and accepting these before proceeding.
The Company reserves the right to take appropriate action where payments remain outstanding, subject to the agreed contract and applicable law.
Price
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).
Prices include applicable taxes and mandatory charges, with any additional delivery costs or optional services identified before payment.
We endeavour to ensure that prices are accurate. However, genuine errors may occasionally occur.
Where an incorrect price is identified before an order has been accepted, we will contact you to offer the correct price or the opportunity to cancel for a full refund.
We reserve the right to amend future prices, treatments, products, training fees and promotional offers without affecting existing confirmed contracts.
Promotional offers are subject to any eligibility requirements, validity periods and conditions disclosed at the time of promotion.
Acceptance of Order
An order for physical products is accepted when we expressly confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods, whichever occurs first.
Treatment bookings are confirmed once the appointment has been accepted and any required deposit has been received.
Training enrolments are confirmed once the application has been accepted and the required payment has been received.
We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatments where there are legitimate medical, clinical or safety concerns, and to decline training enrolments where published entry requirements are not satisfied.
Where the Company is unable to provide an agreed product or service, customers will be entitled to an appropriate refund or other remedy required by law.

Returns and Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers purchasing qualifying products online generally have 14 days from receipt of the goods to notify us that they wish to cancel their purchase.
Following notification, goods must normally be returned within a further 14 days.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with statutory requirements, including the refund of standard outbound delivery costs where applicable.
Customers may be responsible for return postage where this was disclosed before purchase and is legally permitted.
Goods may be inspected upon return, and a lawful deduction may be made for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Certain sealed products unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons may be excluded from change-of-mind returns once unsealed after delivery, where the relevant statutory conditions are met.
This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described.
Treatment and training refunds are governed by the relevant booking or enrolment terms and applicable statutory rights.
Where a service contract is concluded at a distance, statutory cancellation rights may apply. Any contractual cancellation notice period is subject to those rights.
Availability of Products
We endeavour to maintain accurate stock information and product availability.
However, we cannot guarantee that every product advertised on our website will be available at all times.
Where an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify the customer and arrange an appropriate refund or agreed alternative.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or introduce alternative brands without affecting existing contractual obligations.

Just Peachy PMU sells a selection of skincare, beauty, permanent makeup, aftercare and professional products, including products supplied by third-party manufacturers and brands.
All products must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and relevant safety guidance.
Customers are responsible for checking product suitability, ingredients, contraindications and professional-use requirements before use.
Where appropriate, professional products may only be supplied to suitably qualified or insured individuals.
Third-party trademarks, product names and proprietary information remain the property of their respective owners.
Where Just Peachy PMU is the contracting seller, we remain responsible for our statutory obligations relating to the products supplied.
We will comply with applicable product safety, labelling, traceability and cosmetic product regulations relevant to our role as seller, distributor, manufacturer or responsible person.
Courses
Just Peachy PMU & Training Ltd provides professional permanent makeup education, including beginner courses, advanced training, specialist masterclasses, one-to-one tuition, practical workshops, mentoring and online education.
Course descriptions will specify the content, duration, entry requirements, accreditation arrangements, assessment criteria, included materials and applicable fees.
Students are responsible for ensuring that they meet the published entry requirements and that the course is appropriate for their experience and intended professional development.
Course Bookings and Deposits
Training places are limited and reserved following acceptance of enrolment and receipt of the required deposit.
The deposit amount will be clearly stated before booking. Our standard five-day PMU Academy requires a £1,000 deposit unless otherwise stated.
Deposits contribute towards reserving tutor time, course preparation, administration, equipment, learning materials and other reasonably committed resources.
Deposits are not automatically non-refundable in all circumstances. Any retained payment must reflect reasonable financial losses and applicable consumer law.
Course Payments
The full course price and balance payment deadline will be confirmed before enrolment.
Students must ensure that payments are completed by the agreed deadlines.
Where payment remains outstanding, access to future training may be suspended following appropriate notice, subject to the contract and applicable law.
Course Cancellations and Transfers
Training courses require substantial preparation, including tutor scheduling, teaching materials, equipment and practical model arrangements.
Cancellation or transfer requests must be submitted in writing.
Where a student cancels, any deposit retained or cancellation charge imposed will reflect reasonable losses, costs already incurred and steps taken to minimise those losses.
Alternative training dates may be offered subject to availability and any reasonable additional costs disclosed before agreement.
Statutory cancellation rights take precedence over contractual cancellation provisions.
Course Attendance and Certification
Students are expected to attend all required training sessions punctually and follow professional hygiene, safety and conduct requirements.
Where a course includes practical assessments, case studies or supervised procedures, these must be completed to the required standard before certification.
Payment and attendance do not automatically guarantee successful assessment or certification.
Where further training or reassessment is required, any additional costs will be explained in advance.
Training Models
Certain courses involve practical training on live models. Model arrangements and responsibilities will be explained before enrolment.
Models must meet relevant age, medical suitability and consent requirements.
We reserve the right to decline a model where treatment is considered unsafe or unsuitable.
Students must not perform procedures beyond their competence or without the required supervision.
Training Kits and Materials
Where a training kit is included, its contents will be specified before enrolment.
Equivalent products or equipment may be substituted where reasonable, provided they remain suitable for the course and the student's contractual rights are respected.
Training manuals, videos, demonstrations, diagrams and educational resources remain the intellectual property of Just Peachy PMU & Training Ltd or their respective owners.
Materials must not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, resold or used to deliver competing training programmes without written permission.
Mentoring and Ongoing Support
Where post-course mentoring, case-study support or follow-up training is included, the scope and duration will be stated in the course description.
References to lifetime support relate to the support offering described at enrolment, subject to reasonable availability and the continued operation of the relevant support service.
Lifetime support does not automatically include unlimited one-to-one tuition or unrestricted access to future courses.
Online Courses
Online training may include prerecorded lessons, digital manuals, workbooks, demonstrations, live sessions and other educational resources.
Course content, access arrangements, technical requirements and any access period will be confirmed before purchase.
Online course access is for the individual purchaser only. Login credentials must not be shared, and content must not be copied, distributed or resold.
Where digital content is supplied immediately, we will obtain any legally required express consent and acknowledgement concerning the loss of statutory cancellation rights before access begins.
Where a programme includes live services, separate cancellation rules may apply.
Student Responsibilities
Students are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional insurance, local authority registration, licensing and any required qualifications before independently offering treatments.
Completion of a training course does not automatically confer a licence to practise.
Just Peachy PMU does not guarantee employment, income, business profitability or professional success following training.
Availability of Just Peachy PMU Website
We endeavour to provide a reliable and accessible website and online booking service.
However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical faults, security updates or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We will take reasonable steps to address reported issues.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
Liability of Just Peachy PMU
Just Peachy PMU & Training Ltd is responsible for providing treatments, services and professional training with reasonable care and skill and supplying goods and digital content in accordance with applicable law.
Permanent makeup, laser and skin treatment results vary between individuals. Specific cosmetic outcomes, pigment retention, treatment longevity or complete removal cannot be guaranteed.
Training outcomes and subsequent business success depend on individual competence, practice and professional circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Any limitation of liability applies only where lawful and fair.
Proprietary Rights
All original website content, branding, photographs, graphics, videos, training manuals, educational materials, diagrams and course resources are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Ownership remains with Just Peachy PMU & Training Ltd or the relevant rights holder.
Materials may not be reproduced, redistributed, resold, sublicensed or commercially exploited without written permission.
Students may apply the knowledge and skills gained through training in their professional practice, subject to relevant legal, insurance and qualification requirements.
No permission is granted to represent yourself as an authorised Just Peachy PMU trainer or to use our proprietary course materials to deliver your own training programmes without express written authorisation.
Changes
Just Peachy PMU & Training Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in law, services, products or business operations.
Updated terms will be published on our website with a revised effective date.
Changes will not retrospectively alter existing contracts without appropriate agreement or another lawful basis.
General
These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside any applicable treatment consent forms, course enrolment agreements, finance agreements, product instructions and our Privacy Notice.
Personal information, including relevant treatment and medical information, will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Separate consent will be requested where required for identifiable marketing photographs, electronic marketing or other activities requiring consent.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services where there are legitimate safety concerns or serious abusive or threatening behaviour, subject to applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply where legally possible.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.
Treatment Bookings and Deposits
All appointments are subject to practitioner availability, treatment suitability and payment of the required booking deposit.
Deposits reserve dedicated practitioner time and will be deducted from the final treatment price.
Clients must select the correct treatment and provide accurate information regarding medical history, medication, allergies, previous procedures and other matters relevant to treatment safety.
Consultations, patch testing or medical clearance may be required before certain treatments.
We reserve the right to decline or postpone a procedure where it is considered clinically unsuitable, unsafe or outside the practitioner's professional competence.
Treatment Deposits
Deposit amounts vary according to the treatment and will be disclosed before booking.
Deposits may be retained following late cancellation or rescheduling where justified by reasonable financial losses.
Where the Company cancels an appointment and cannot provide the agreed service, the client will be offered an appropriate alternative or refund in accordance with applicable law.
Late Arrivals
Clients must arrive promptly for their appointments.
Late arrival may reduce treatment time or prevent a procedure from being completed safely.
Where an appointment cannot proceed because of late arrival, any applicable charge will be assessed fairly according to the circumstances and actual financial loss.
Consultations and Patch Testing
Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, previous permanent makeup and any changes to their health.
Mandatory patch tests must be completed within the advised timeframe.
Where a required patch test has not been completed, treatment may not proceed.
Consent and Aftercare
All clients must provide valid informed consent before treatment.
Relevant risks, contraindications, expected outcomes and aftercare will be explained as appropriate.
Clients should follow the aftercare instructions provided and contact the clinic promptly if unexpected concerns arise.
Consent to treatment may be withdrawn at any time. Any applicable financial consequences will be considered separately in accordance with consumer law.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Just Peachy PMU operates a cancellation policy to protect practitioner time, clinic resources and the financial sustainability of our independent business.
Standard Treatments – 48 Hours' Notice
All standard beauty, skin, laser and aesthetic appointments require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
Where less than 48 hours' notice is provided, the booking deposit may be retained to compensate for reasonable financial losses.
Permanent Makeup – Five Days' Notice
All permanent makeup appointments require a minimum of five full days (120 hours) notice to cancel or reschedule.
Where a client cancels or reschedules within five days of the appointment, the booking deposit may be retained to compensate for reasonable losses.
Cancellations Within 24 Hours
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours may incur a cancellation charge of up to 100% of the booked treatment price where justified by the financial loss incurred.
Missed Appointments and No-Shows
Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in a charge of up to 100% of the booked treatment price.
Any deposit already paid will be deducted from the applicable cancellation or no-show charge.
Fair and Proportionate Charges
Cancellation charges are intended to compensate the Company for genuine financial losses and are not imposed as a penalty.
In assessing the appropriate amount, we may consider the duration and value of the appointment, preparation costs already incurred, costs saved because the treatment did not proceed and whether another client was able to fill the appointment.
We will not recover the same loss twice.
Card Capture and Payment Authorisation
Clients may be required to provide valid payment card details through our online booking system.
Card information is securely handled by our authorised payment provider.
Where a client expressly accepts the card-on-file authorisation, applicable cancellation or no-show charges may be collected from the saved payment method.
The maximum potential charge for an appointment cancelled within 24 hours or missed without notice is 100% of the booked treatment price, inclusive of any deposit already paid.
All charges must be properly authorised, fair and legally recoverable.
Submitting a Cancellation
Cancellation and rescheduling requests should be submitted through our online booking system where available, or directly by WhatsApp or email.
Instagram direct messages are not an official cancellation channel and should not be relied upon for time-sensitive appointment changes.
The time a cancellation request is received through an approved channel will be used to determine the applicable notice period.
Permanent Makeup Treatments
Permanent makeup appointments require substantially more practitioner time and preparation than standard beauty appointments.
An initial appointment may occupy three hours or more of a practitioner's working day, including consultation, facial assessment, mapping, pigment selection, preparation and the procedure itself.
These appointments are often booked well in advance and cannot always be replaced at short notice, particularly where prospective clients require consultations, patch testing or medical suitability assessments.
Our five-day cancellation policy is designed to protect the professional time reserved for clients, our practitioners' livelihoods and the continued operation of our independent business.
Permanent Makeup Results
Permanent makeup is a cosmetic tattooing procedure, and healed results vary according to skin type, age, pigment characteristics, lifestyle, medication, skincare and aftercare.
Results immediately following treatment may differ from the healed appearance.
Specific pigment retention, colour, definition and longevity cannot be guaranteed.
Perfecting Appointments
Initial permanent makeup treatments include one perfecting appointment, where clinically appropriate, to be completed between six and twelve weeks following the initial procedure.
It is the client's responsibility to arrange and attend this appointment within the required timeframe.
Where a client voluntarily delays the appointment beyond twelve weeks, a £65 top-up fee may apply to eligible appointments completed between three and six months following the initial procedure.
Where delays arise because of clinic availability or clinical advice, an additional fee will not automatically apply.
Appointments beyond six months may be assessed and priced according to the treatment required.
Previous Permanent Makeup
Clients with existing permanent makeup must disclose this before booking.
Previous pigment, scarring, migration or saturation may affect treatment suitability.
Correction or removal may be required before new permanent makeup can be performed, and any additional costs will be explained in advance.
Laser, Skin and Beauty Treatments
Laser tattoo removal, PMU removal, skin treatments and beauty procedures are subject to individual assessment and relevant contraindications.
Multiple treatment sessions may be required, and specific results cannot be guaranteed.
Clients must follow the safety and aftercare instructions provided by the practitioner.
